We are investing in a brand new billing system which will help us provide you with the best possible digital service in the future. At the moment though, we’re moving from the old system to the new one and during this transition period we have limited access to our customers' data. Don’t worry, we’re still open as usual Monday to Friday from 8am until 6pm but you might find it quicker to visit SES Water for things like making a payment, direct debits or to let us know you’re moving. There is also lots of information about saving water and help with paying your bill too. If you do need to speak to us though we’ll be able to help you a lot quicker if you contact us before 10am or after 3pm and if we can’t resolve your query we’ll call you back when it suits you.
